Henderson County Technical Review Committee
Providing good customer service is an important aspect of Henderson County government. The Technical Review Committee (TRC) is established to put applicants together with officials from key County departments during the review of various plans and projects (manufactured home park site plan, general site plan, subdivision plan, text amendment, map amendment, and special use permit review). The TRC is also established to: (1) review studies and plans containing recommendations for the future of Henderson County, (2) advise the Board of Commissioners on land use and development, (3) administer regulations regarding the subdivision of land, and (4) review requests for amendments to the Land Development Code and Official Zoning Map.
