Edneyville Community Advisory Committee

The Etowah and Horse Shoe Communities Advisory Committee consists of ten (10) regular members. Nine (8) members are residents of the community; one (1) liaison from the Henderson County Planning Board (also a community resident); and one (1) ex-officio non-voting member from the City of Hendersonville.

The purposes of the committee are to implement the recommendations of the Henderson County 2020 Comprehensive Plan by working with Planning Staff to develop and recommend a community-specific comprehensive plan for the Ednevyille Community that outlines the future goals of the area as related to land use and development, community facilities, agriculture, economic development, housing, transportation, access management, etc.
