General Information about Permitting and Inspections

Located within this pages you will find applications and forms to help you with the permitting process. We also will cover some of the more common permitting procedures. Hopefully this will help speed up the process for you when you come to our offices.

Our office is located in the Henderson County Office Building at 240 2nd Avenue East. Access to our offices is from the 2nd Avenue East side of the building. Our office hours are 8 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. You can apply for permits from 9:30 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday. To contact us, call 828-697-4830.
