***A combo permit is required for HVAC Change outs and generator installs. The combo permit is $70.00 and includes both the Electrical and Mechanical/Gas permits and the subsequent inspections required. Please use this combo permit application for combo permits.
We cannot accept requests for A.M. or P.M. inspections. All inspections are conducted on the next business day after the request is made. Inspections will occur between 9:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
2/1/12 New Application For Straight Trade Permits
The application for straight trade permits has changed. The new APPLICATION is used for both single trade permits and combo trade permits.
