Clinic Appointments

Clinic Appointments must be made for: Prenatal Appointments, Physical Exams, Return Visits (requested by your provider), and Pregnancy Testing (free).

To schedule an appointment:

  1. Call 692-4223
  2. Then press 3 for clinic services
  3. Next press 1 for appointments

Your phone calls are answered in the order they are received. Please do not hang up. When you call again, you will go to the back of the line.

Call any day, Monday through Friday, starting at 8 a.m. Clinic hours are 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

On the second Wednesday of the month, we are closed in the morning for training. On that day, we start accepting calls for appointments at 11:00 AM.

Appointments are made for the day that you want to be seen. We have a limited number of appointments so the earlier you call the better your chances are of getting an appointment.

Physical Exam appointments for Child Health and Family Planning can be scheduled up to a week in advance. For these appointments starting on Monday, you can call at any time of the day to schedule an appointment for any day that week.

If you or your child is sick and need an appointment to be seen, but the schedule is already full when you call, please ask to speak to a nurse.

If you walk in without an appointment, you will be asked to use our telephone to make an appointment. This assures that everyone is able to make an appointment in the order that they call. If an appointment is not available, please ask to speak to a triage nurse.

Please come at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, we may have to reschedule your appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please call ahead to cancel.

Fees & Insurance

Cash, check, and some insurance plans are accepted for payment.

We also accept VISA, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards or debit cards for payment.

Payment & Proof of Income

If you have Medicaid or another health insurance, please bring your insurance card with you.

If you have no health insurance, you can apply for our sliding fee scale which is based on income and family size. To apply for the sliding fee scale, please bring proof of income for your household. We accept paycheck stubs, a letter from the employer stating hours worked and wages, or last year’s income tax form. Until we receive this information, we will charge the full amount for our service.
