New Employee Screening Process

The selection process for new EMS employees will include an assessment of the candidate’s patient care skills, utilizing written and hands-on practical testing and a physical ability test. This testing is mandatory and will occur at pre-scheduled dates to be determined by Henderson County EMS. The assessment process will occur at the Dr. Crit Harley Training Center, located at 211 1st Avenue East, Hendersonville, NC, 28792.
