Social Worker III Adult Home Specialist serving as a Consultant to Adult Care Homes, Family Care Homes and Adult Care/Day Health program in the county.

Qualifications: Applicants must have a MSW from an accredited school of social work; or a BSW from an accredited school of social work and one year of directly related experience; or a Masters degree in counseling in a human services field and one year of social work or counseling; or a four-year degree in a human services field from an accredited college or university; or a bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university and three years of directly related experience; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Directly related experience is defined as human services experience in the areas of case management, assessment and referral, supportive counseling, intervention, psycho-social therapy and treatment planning. Must also be computer literate. Prefer applicants with previous experience with elderly and/or disabled population. |
