The Henderson County Zoning Division is managed by Toby Linville, Code Enforcement Services Director.
Essential Departmental Functions: The Zoning Division issues Zoning and Watershed permits. It also investigates and corrects public health nuisance and solid waste complaints. The Land Development Code, Chapter 200A of the Henderson County Code, regulates zoning in Henderson County. The entire county is zoned and there are different regulations for each zoning district.
