Utilities is a Division of the Engineering Department.
Essential Departmental Functions are to operate and maintain the Cane Creek Water and Sewer District which serves most of the Fletcher area, Mountain Home Industrial Park, Broadpointe Industrial Park and a portion of the Mills River area and a wastewater treatment plant at the North Carolina Justice Academy in Edneyville.
