The Henderson County Code Enforcement Services Department is managed by Toby Linville, Director, who can be reached at (828) 697-4857 Ext. 1131. This department consists of Zoning Enforcement, Nuisance Enforcement and Solid Waste Enforcement.
Essential Departmental Functions: The Code Enforcement Services Department is in charge of enforcing the Henderson County Zoning, Solid Waste, and Nuisance ordinances.
