The Henderson County Criminal Justice Partnership Program, which is located in the Court Services Building, is administered by Sherry Norman. The CJPP provides funds for direct services to offenders, concentrating on substance abuse treatment. Also provided by CJPP are additional treatment groups focusing on identifying and changing criminal thinking.
Essential Departmental Functions: The CJPP is dedicated to improving the public safety of Henderson County by providing monitoring of Intermediate and Community Punishment offenders. Risk Management Plans are designed to manage criminal offenders sentenced to Community-Based Corrections. Also, the CJPP is responsible for enhancing the probation supervision of Intermediate and Community offenders in Henderson County without compromising public safety or the integrity of the county's criminal justice system.
