The Henderson County Criminal Justice Partnership Program, which is located adjacent to the new courthouse, is administered by Selena Coffey. The CJPP provides funds for direct services to offenders, concentrating on substance abuse treatment.

Essential Departmental Functions: The CJPP is dedicated to improving the public safety of Henderson County by providing monitoring of Intermediate Punishment Programs and Risk Management Plans designed to manage criminal offenders sentenced to Community-Based Corrections. Also, the CJPP is responsible for enhancing the probation supervision of Intermediate offenders in Henderson County without compromising public safety or the integrity of the county's criminal justice system.
