§ 92-15.  Emergency Use of Facilities.  
A.
In the event of any emergency or disaster, a grantee shall, upon request of the Chairman 
of the Board of County Commissioners, make available its facilities to the County at no 
cost to the County for emergency use during the period of such emergency or disaster and
shall provide such personnel as necessary within the judgment of the grantee to properly 
operate under the circumstances.  
B.
The grantee shall also provide an emergency audio alert system. This system will enable 
the County to gain access to the system by using any touch-tone telephone to override the
audio portion of all channels with the emergency telephone message. The County will 
take reasonable steps to ensure that access to this system is limited only to public safety 
officials  responsible for communication within the County in the event of emergency.
