§ 92-12. Compliance with Applicable Codes.
The County, as a function of its regulatory authority and in order to ensure that cable television meeting the
minimum standards provided by law is available to its residents, shall have the right to require the grantee
to prove compliance with any applicable standards or codes. Should the grantee fail to prove compliance
within a reasonable period of time, or should the County determine that there is a reasonable doubt as to
compliance, the County may, at the expense of the grantee, directs an independent, qualified consultant to
determine whether the grantee is in compliance.
