Land Records Duties
Land Records is a section of the Tax Department and uses a collection of computer technology, orthophotography, and public land records from the Register of Deeds and the Clerk of Court, to create and maintain the official index of current tax listings in Henderson County. Our staff members maintain Land Records data as well as assist the general public.
