Chairman Hawkins made the motion to set a public hearing for February 16 at 7:00 p.m. in the Board meeting room to continue the Quasi-Judicial proceedings in the matter of vested rights application #VR-03-01 submitted by Glade Land Fund, LLC for the Fox Glen development which was originally convened on January 14, 2004. Chairman Hawkins reminded the Board that the Clerk had some evidence available for review in her office that Mr. Campano presented at the prior meeting. The Clerk will copy some of it and place in the Commissioners’ mailboxes. The rest of the evidence is available for review in her office. Any parties to the proceeding can also review the evidence in the office.
