            Requests the Board accept the bid from Hendersonville Chrysler Dodge for seven 2014 Dodge Chargers, and authorize the Sheriff to proceed with the purchase

F.      New Ambulance Financing

Requests the Board approve a resolution accepting the proposal from BB&T to finance new ambulances and authorizing the Chairman and Staff to execute and deliver the financing documents

G.    Records Retention Schedule Amendment

Requests the Board approve the amendments authorizing the Chairman and Staff to execute the documents

H.    Surplus Computers and Equipment

Requests the Board approve a resolution declaring computers and equipment surplus and authorizing the sale of such on GovDeals auction services

Requests the Board adopt the 2013 Holiday schedules for Solid Waste and Animal Services

J.       Transportation Advisory Committee Bylaws Amendments

            Requests the Board approve amendments to the Transportation Advisory Committee Bylaws

K.    Habitat for Humanity Dodd Meadows Project Combined Policies & Resolutions

Requests the Board approve the Equal Opportunity Plan, Citizen Participation Plan, and Procurement Plan           

L.     Levi monitoring agreement

Requests the Board authorize the agreement with Jack and Bessie Levi and direct and authorize staff to enter into such agreements as are necessary to provide Mr. and Mrs. Levi with a connection to public water, including related matters, to their property lying within the watershed of a landfill with which the County is charged with monitoring

M.   Offer to purchase tax-foreclosed property

Requests the Board provisionally accept the offer of W. H. Stewart, Jr., to purchase the parcel described in this agenda item, subject to the procedures required by this Board for tax foreclosure sales and subject to the condition stated in this agenda item

            Request to authorize the County Engineer to execute the required documents for the agreements with Delta Three, and Mission Critical Partners, Inc
