Request from Mountain True to use the parking lot on August 22nd from 2:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

F.      Proposed Budget Amendment for Electronic Health Records Project hardware – Public Health

Requests the Board approve a budget amendment of $88,000 and approve Staff proceeding with RFP’s for Phase III of the project

G.    Request for Use of Courtroom

Requests the Board approve use of the courtroom on Tuesday, September 1, 2015 from 5:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. by the Heritage Museum

H.    NC Cardinal Memorandum of Agreement

Request the Board approve the NC Cardinal Memorandum of Understanding

I.       Solid Waste Landfill Slope Mower Bid Award

Requests the Board award the purchase contract for an Aebi Slope Mower to the sole bidder, Menzi USA for $157,500 and authorize staff to proceed with the purchase using the sole source exception to formal bidding as allowed under NCGS §143-129(e)(6)  

J.       Offer to purchase tax-foreclosed property

Requests the Board provisionally accept the offer of Maira Alas to purchase the parcel described in this agenda, subject to the procedures required by this Board for tax foreclosure sales and subject to the condition stated in this agenda

K.    Non-Profit Performance Agreements

Requests the Board authorize the Chairman to execute the funding agreements and, in doing so, authorize the release of the first of the aforementioned agencies’ quarterly allotments
